Travel Insurance

The American Mountain Guides Association (AMGA) in conjuction with Travelguard is now providing Trip Cancellation Insurance for those AMGA program participants who may wish to insure themselves in the event they need to unexpectedly cancel their participation in an AMGA program. Here are some reasons to buy travel insurance:

  • You're injured a week before the course and can no longer participate
  • Coverage for your gear if the airlines loose it
  • Medical & Evacuation coverage if something were to go wrong on your course

Remember when purchasing...

  • Insure all pre-paid, non-refundable trip costs (course fee, airline tickets, car rental cost, etc.)
  • Purchase insurance within 15 days of your trip deposit
