Brief Bio
I am from Lynchburg, VA and got my first exposure to climbing through the Boy Scouts of America. I attained the rank of Eagle Scout while dipping my feet into the world of climbing. Over the last 4 years, I have climbed in the mid-Atlantic states and grown in my passion for climbing and education. My professional experience includes managing the Liberty University Climbing Facility, directing a BSA climbing operation in the New River Gorge, founding the LU climbing team, and currently working for Blue Ridge Mountain Guides.

I have an upbeat and positive attitude towards new and experienced climbers with whom I guide. My teaching style and demeanor is easy going and detail oriented. I enjoys bouldering, sport, and trad climbing and although I am not a huge crusher, I climb for the love of the sport and enjoy bringing new climbers out to experience the beauty of nature.
