Brief Bio
I am here to share various forms of movement with people to help them clear their minds, connect with their bodies and learn to appreciate nature in new ways.
I love combining yoga, rock climbing and herbalism/natural science education to provide well rounded experiences for people. I believe connecting with nature, challenging our bodies in the mountains, and practicing yoga to return our nervous systems to regulation is a beautiful recipe for optimal health and vitality and I love sharing these practices with people.
