Brief Bio
Casey started climbing and skiing at a young age in the northeast, and moved west after college to spend time in bigger terrain. He spent several years working as a guide and instructor for the American Alpine Institute from the Alaska Range to the Coastal Range of BC, the Cascades, the Sierra, desert southwest and all points between, volunteering in mountain SAR when he wasn't in the field. He moved back east to pursue a degree as a physician assistant that he completed in Boston in 2020 before moving home to the Green Mountains of Vermont where he skis, climbs and trailruns. He maintains AIARE I and II certifications, BLS and ACLS certifications, is an LNT master educator, and maintains his medical licensure as a physician assistant.
