Brief Bio
I started climbing in San Diego while I was in school getting my engineering degree, but soon after college I joined the National Outdoor Leadership School for a three month long trip in Patagonia, Chile where I learned how to live and lead in harsh mountain terrain. After my course, I moved back to my hometown of Santa Cruz, California and really dove into climbing as a passion and lifestyle with the goal of one day becoming a masterful and confident guide like those I had in my course. Now I find myself, having climbing all over the western half of the U.S., living in Washington and working for Mountain Madness on my way to seeing my ambitions through.
