    Brief Bio
    I am essentially an alpine climber, committed to modernising the Indian climbing and guiding scene. I have explored and climbed in the Kumaon Himalayas, the Dhauldhars, the Ladakh Range, Zanskar, the Pir Panjal Range. I have led treks all over the Indian himalaya. I am part of a pioneering effort amongst Indian Climbers to establish new climbs and routes in the Indian Himalaya. This year, I established two new waterfall ice routes in the remote himalayan region of Spiti. My focus for the next few years is unclimbed himalayan peaks. I guide treks and arrange expeditions, as well as provide logistical support to researchers and alpinists.

    My dog Argos, a big black shepherd, waits at basecamp for me on all (personal) climbs.
